Therefore, don't be surprised if you receive calls from some parents who simply wish to speak with you before meeting in person at the airport on the day

If you are not traveling to the airport by bus with your group, we recommend that you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the time indicated in the Travel Dossier. This will give you the opportunity to welcome the students upon their arrival, meet their parents, and receive any last recommendations
