WHY L’ASTROLABIO

A partner built on 35 years of doing this properly

When you refer a student group to L’astrolabio, you are not booking beds in a shared college. You are engaging a team that has been running its own residential centres on British soil for decades, with the infrastructure, the accreditations and the on-site people to back it up.

That distinction matters to the families paying the invoice, and it matters to your reputation as an agency.

Our three exclusive residential centres, in Cirencester , Nottingham and Eastbourne are fully managed by L’astrolabio throughout the summer season. This means a single point of accountability, consistent quality standards and a Coordinator in residence who resolves issues before they reach you or the parents.

At our London Egham and Bath programmes, an L’astrolabio coordinator is permanently on site in a support role, working alongside the college staff to assist your group leaders and students throughout the stay.

Across all other UK destinations in our catalogue, our Milan office provides full pre-departure support and maintains direct contact with partner schools throughout the season.

Benefits

01 — Competitive commission structure Clear, reliable net rates and commissions on all bookings, paid on time, every time. Our pricing is designed for long-term agency partnerships, not one-off transactions. Commission tiers increase with annual booking volume.

02 — Dedicated account manager From your first enquiry to post-programme debrief, you have a named contact at our Milan office who knows your market, your student profile and your preferred destinations.

03 — All-inclusive packages Accommodation, full board, English language course, afternoon and evening activities, weekend excursions, airport transfers and Europ Assistance insurance, one price, one invoice. Nothing for your clients to question.

04 — Our exclusive Legacy Centres Our three directly managed UK centres, Cirencester, Nottingham and Eastbourne, operate under our Legacy Centre standard: ensuite rooms, 24/7 on-site security and an Italian coordinator in residence. For agents serving premium markets or families sending minors abroad unaccompanied, this is a meaningful differentiator.
