Let the students go ahead, ensuring that everyone clears the control without issues, and then go through yourself.
Before boarding at the gate, call the Airport Assistant to confirm that the entire group has passed through Customs without problems or to report the names of any students who were stopped at Passport Control.
During the flight, take the opportunity to collect the students’ documents to prevent them from getting lost, returning them only upon arrival at the destination shortly before Passport Control. Also, ensure that students behave appropriately on board and strictly prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
