Is it better to stay with a host family or in college residences?

The choice is entirely personal and depends on the needs and preferences of the student.

Those who decide to stay with a host family must be 14 years and older, and feel comfortable and confident using local public transport, as sometimes the host families live up to 45 minutes away from the school. Additionally, students opting for a host family will spend several evenings at home, which is the purpose of choosing this option, and therefore will miss some evening activities organised at the college.
