London: the charm of Britain’s capital for an unforgettable Study Holiday
London is the capital of the United Kingdom and one of the most dynamic and cosmopolitan cities in the world. Rich in history, culture, and art, it offers iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, Tower Bridge, and Buckingham Palace. It’s also an important financial, educational, and creative hub, home to world-class museums, West End theatres, and vibrant districts like Camden, Notting Hill, and Soho.
Our school is the spectacular Royal Holloway University, inaugurated in 1886 by Queen Victoria. This impressive university combines Victorian architecture with modern facilities, featuring grand halls and fully equipped multimedia classrooms.
The London Egham programme focuses mainly on exploring the British capital, located just about half an hour away by public transport — the perfect choice for anyone dreaming of a true London Study Holiday.
Not far from Egham lies the charming town of Windsor, famous for its royal castle surrounded by 50 hectares of English parkland and pretty shops perfect for an afternoon of shopping.

You can choose between:
– Single rooms with private bathrooms (1 student per room)
– Twin rooms with private bathrooms (2 students per room, with a pull-out bed)
All rooms are located in residential buildings within the university campus.
The accommodation type must be the same for all participants in each group; mixed group options are not available.
Full board is provided in the college dining hall, with packed lunches on full-day excursions and during Graduation Days.
To help students improve their English, the programme includes 15 hours of General English lessons per week.
There’s also the option to enrol in the Trinity GESE Exam (held online).
All teachers are qualified in teaching English as a foreign language and create classes based on the results of an initial placement test, designed to ensure each student is placed at the correct level.
All study materials are provided by the school, and every student receives a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.

There’s also one half-day excursion to discover the town of Egham.
Please note that excursions may be subject to minor changes before departure. The final programme will be given to Group Leaders upon arrival.
Evenings will be organised by the Activity Leaders and packed with fun and social events such as Welcome Games, Talent Shows, Theme Discos, Quiz Nights, Karaoke, and much more, making the most of the university’s many indoor and outdoor spaces.
Special, optional Tottenham Football Program
For an additional fee, students can join the ENGLISH & FOOTBALL programme with professional Tottenham Hotspur coaches, instead of the standard package.
The package includes:
– 30 hours of General English lessons
– 2 evening seminars on match tactics
– 24 hours of football training with professional Tottenham FC coaches
– 4 full-day excursions, including:
• Two in London: one for the Politics and Royalty Walking Tour and a visit to Wembley Stadium, and another featuring a visit to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (subject to availability), followed by a River Boat Disco on the Thames at sunset and late return to the college
• One day in Brighton with an “Unlimited Rides Wristband” for the amusement pier
• One day at Thorpe Park, the famous theme park
– 1 half-day excursion to Windsor, including a visit to the Royal Castle
Special Football Kit – official Tottenham Hotspur uniform shipped to your home in Italy after your return.
A minimum of 15 participants is required for this programme to run.
