LA, also known as the City of Angels, is the epitome of the American dream, offering sunshine, beaches, celebrities, and endless fun.
Our programme takes place at California State Channel Islands University (CSUCI), a stunning Californian campus surrounded by palm trees and lemon grows. Nestled in the hills north of Malibu in Ventura county, this campus is only ten minutes from the beach and Camarillo’s town centre. The campus sports Spanish-style architecture, relaxing courtyards, and stunning views of the lemon orchards and strawberry fields.
The campus has a state of the art library designed by Norman Foster, a swimming pool, and first-class sports facilities.

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
Study Trips in America
Accommodation consists of studio apartments with two double rooms and one bathroom, located in residences within the campus.
Full-board is provided from Monday to Friday, while on Saturday and Sunday half-board is offered, with lunch free.
ENGLISH COURSE
English Summer School in Los Angeles
To learn English, students attend 15 hours of lessons per week in the General Course for levels A1 and A2, and the World of Work Course for levels B1 to C2, always in the morning.
The World of Work Course offered here is a program created by TLA School, covering current socioeconomic topics of American society, as well as techniques and strategies aimed at preparing students for entering the workforce.
All teachers are qualified to teach English to foreign students and organize homogeneous classes based on the results of an initial placement test taken by all students to determine their language level.
Study materials are provided by the school, along with a certificate of attendance, issued at the end of the course.

3-day / 2-night mini-tour to Las Vegas, staying in hotels, to discover the spectacular city in the Nevada desert, famous worldwide for its casinos, themed hotels, and shows; admire the Grand Canyon, one of the most spectacular natural wonders in the world, and the Hoover Dam, one of the most impressive and iconic engineering works in the United States. The dam blocks the Colorado River, forming the vast Lake Mead, the largest artificial water reservoir in the USA.
Excursions may be subject to slight changes before departure.
The final program will be provided to Group Leaders upon arrival.
Activities
Evenings on campus will be fully organized by the school staff, with dance parties, karaoke nights, disco nights, and much more!
