Our partner school, Carlos V Education, has two campuses: one in Moncloa and another in Retiro. Both are equipped with modern technical and audiovisual facilities to ensure high-quality language teaching. The spaces are designed to optimize learning, featuring reception and waiting areas, a student support office, and bright classrooms with plenty of natural light.

Accommodation includes single and double rooms with private bathrooms, located in residences within walking distance of the school.

Full-board treatment is provided, with breakfast and dinner at the residence and lunch at the school. Packed lunches are included during the full-day excursions scheduled in the program.

ENGLISH COURSE

Study Holiday in Madrid: Language Course

To learn Spanish, students attend a General Course consisting of 15 hours of lessons per week.

All teachers are qualified in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and organize classes based on the results of an initial placement test, designed to assess each student’s language level and place them in the most suitable group.

Study materials are provided by the school, as well as a certificate of attendance, which is issued at the end of the course.

Excursions

2 full-day excursions by private bus with school staff and a tour guide: one to Toledo, a city famous for its rich cultural and architectural heritage, known as the “City of Three Cultures” for the historical coexistence of Christians, Muslims, and Jews; and one to Segovia & Ávila. Segovia is renowned for its impressive, perfectly preserved Roman aqueduct and the elegant Alcázar, which looks like it came out of a fairytale, while Ávila is famous for its majestic, intact medieval walls surrounding the old city.
8 half-day outings in the city, with the school staff, to discover historic Madrid with its cathedral, the San Miguel Market and Plaza Mayor, Gymkhana at Parque del Retiro with return to the residence in the evening, Austrian Madrid, Bourbon Madrid with return to the residence in the evening, La Latina District, Temple of Debod and Parque del Oeste, Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá and Gran Vía with return to the residence in the evening, and Malasaña District.
4 evening outings in the city with school staff. Remaining evenings are free.A public transport pass is included in the price.
