Ardingly is a peaceful village in West Sussex, surrounded by the gentle green of the English countryside. It’s known for its relaxed atmosphere, scenic landscapes and the historic Ardingly College. The area offers a safe and welcoming environment for study, with easy access to cities such as London and Brighton.
When you arrive at our school, Ardingly College, you’ll be welcomed into the magical setting of a traditional boarding school, nestled in the greenery of West Sussex, just south of London.
The college combines beautiful Victorian Gothic buildings with modern facilities used for lessons and accommodation. Only a few minutes away lies the quaint town of Crawley, where you can enjoy shopping and traditional tea rooms.

Study Holiday in Ardingly: the course
You’ll attend 30 hours of lessons, including 3 hours of Culture Exchange sessions, held either in the morning or afternoon.
Students aged 11 to 14 will follow the Voyagers Course, while those aged 14 to 17 will join the Trailblazers Course.
You can also choose to take the Trinity GESE Exam, which will be carried out online.
All teachers are qualified in teaching English to foreign students and will organise classes based on the placement test taken at the start of the course, ensuring every student is placed in the right level.
At the end of the course, you’ll receive a certificate of attendance.

Canterbury for a Guided Sightseeing Tour and Cathedral visit

Excursions may be subject to small changes before departure. The final programme will be given to Group Leaders upon arrival.
Activities
Your daytime and evening activities will be organised by our Activity Leaders and include sports tournaments, disco nights, cinema, talent shows, Murder Mystery Night and much more!
