LOCATION

Malta – A beautiful, historic island, perfect for your English language study trip.

Malta has always been a melting pot of cultures, with the Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs, Normans, Knights of St John, Italians, and English all having passed through the island to control the Mediterranean Sea.

A popular tourist destination, Malta is known for its blue, crystal-clear waters and the fact that English, alongside Maltese, is one of the country’s official languages. Year upon year, young people from around the globe visit Malta to mix studying English with the island’s beautiful beaches, warm weather, and Maltese culture.

The Salini resort is a modern hotel located on a hill overlooking Salina Bay and the Mediterranean in the northern part of Malta. The hotel is equipped with classrooms, and the students will be staying in comfortable rooms during their study holiday.

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION

Study Trip in Malta

Students will stay in quadruple rooms with private bathrooms, TV’s, and air conditioning.

The school will try to mix students from different countries in the same room to make the experience even more international, and rooms for the Teen Club Program will be in different areas of the hotel from those for the Junior Camp.

Meals are provided on a full-board basis at the hotel’s restaurant, which has an indoor dining area and a terrace with a view over the bay. Packed lunches are provided on full-day excursions included in the program.

ENGLISH COURSE

Study Course in Malta: Overview

Students will take part in 15 hours per week of General English lessons in the hotel’s multimedia classrooms. The Teen Club Program and Junior Camp have separate, age-appropriate lessons at different times.

All teachers are fully qualified to teach English as a foreign language. Classes are formed based on a placement test taken at the beginning of the course, ensuring each student is placed in an appropriate class for their proficiency level.

The school will provide study materials, and a certificate of attendance will be awarded to all students upon course completion.
